Dallas police find a photograph of Lee Harvey Oswald not only with the same rifle found on the 6th floor of the TSBD but also the pistol used to kill Officer Tippit.
They also search among Oswald's possessions & find all kinds of communist literature as well as "spy" equipment such as special cameras for taking pictures of documents.
Lee Harvey Oswald was born in New Orleans, Louisiana on October 18, 1939. He served in the Civil Air Patrol where his commander was David Ferrie, a man some believe will have ties to JFK's death. Oswald dropped out of high school at age 17.
Oswald enlisted in the Marines on October 24, 1956. While in the Marines he was classified as a "sharpshooter" on the firing range.
He was sent to the Atsugi Air Base in Japan, the home of "U2" aerial surveillance spy planes, after training as a radar operator.

In 1959, Oswald "defected" to the USSR where he married a girl named Marina. In June 1962, he & Marina are allowed by both governments to come to the United States with their daughter June.
