DID DALLAS POLICE FIND & SECURE ALL EVIDENCE ON THE SIXTH FLOOR?

Knoxville, Tennessee (JFKASSASSINATION) Today we continue our look at "Enemy of the Truth:  Myths, Forensics, & the Kennedy Assassination" by Sherry P. Fiester.

The book, published by JFK Lancer Productions & Publications, Inc. of Southlake, Texas,  includes a Foreward by Jim Marrs, & is available at www.amazon.com & www.jfklancer.com.

We continue our discussion of Chapter 1:  DALLAS PD FOLLOWED PROTOCOL.

Perhaps you are familiar with "walkthroughs" which athletic teams do in a light practice the day of a game.

Sherry Fiester tells us that police officers also are trained to do a "preliminary walk through" at the scene of a crime.

The officers look for things that relate to the crime & which, therefore, would be considered "potential evidence."

Sherry goes on to detail several different systems which police may use in their "preliminary walkthrough."

DALLAS PD--Searching the Scene

Sherry Fiester describes a successful crime scene as "orderly & systematic..." but she argues "this one was not."

You'll want to pick up a copy of her book to learn why.

WHO WAS IN CHARGE?

Captain J.W. Fritz, of course, was the senior police officer on the 6th floor of the Texas School Book Depository, but he left the TSBD after "the rifle" was found.

Sherry tells us that crime scene investigator, Robert L. Studebaker, was then left with "no supervision or direction" regarding the search of the crime scene.

Studebaker was on his own for more than an hour.

DID DALLAS POLICE FIND & SECURE ALL EVIDENCE ON THE SIXTH FLOOR?

Because there was no preliminary walk through, Sherry writes, "all items of evidence were not located."

The crime took place on November 22, but at least a couple of items that might be associated with Lee Harvey Oswald were found by employees of the Depository on December 2.

Again, you'll need to get the book to find out what those items were.
