The book, published by JFK Lancer Productions & Publications, Inc. of Southlake, Texas, includes a Foreward by Jim Marrs, & is available at www.amazon.com & www.jfklancer.com.
Chapter 2: EAR WITNESSES
Today we continue the discussion of Chapter 2 & "The Sounds of Gunshots."
Sherry writes...
"Witnesses in different locations within Dealey Plaza perceived the gunshots as originating from varied locations. Additionally, witnesses in the same locations perceived the sounds as coming from different locations within the Plaza."
Ms. Fiester then gives supporting details.
2 witnesses on the Triple Overpass gave conflicting testimony. One said the shots came from "the direction of the TSBD" while another said they came from "the back in the corner of Elm & Houston Streets."
One witness standing on the south side of Elm Street said the shots came "from the triple underpass," while another standing in front of the TSBD believed the shots came from "near the railroad tracks located over the viaduct on Elm Street."
Two witnesses looking from different windows on the 4th & 5th floors of the TSBD also had conflicting viewpoints. While one felt the shots came from "right over his head," the other believed the shots came "from right below rather than...above."
Witnesses in the motorcade also differed in their assessment of the origin of the shots. One said they came from the right rear while another "toward the top of the terrace to my right..."
And on the grassy knoll itself, one witness felt the shots were fired from the TSBD while others said they came from the knoll.
Sherry concludes from all of this that..."Based upon the sampling of witness testimony, there appears to be no consistency in audibly locating the origin of the gunshots within Dealey Plaza."
Chapter 2 concludes with a statement of the findings in this matter by the House Select Committee on Assassinations.
Be sure to check back for our next posting on Sherry Fiester's great book as we take a look at Chapter 3: Blood in Zapruder is Faked.
