A CRUEL & SHOCKING ACT OF VIOLENCE

WARREN REPORT SAYS OSWALD ACTED ALONE IN KILLING JFK

Washington, D.C. (JFK ASSASSINATION) Fifty-three years ago today, September 27, 1964, The President's Commission on the Assassination of President John F. Kennedy published its final 888 page report.

The Warren Commission*, as it came to be known, was created by Executive Order 11130 signed by President Lyndon B. Johnson on November 29, 1963 one week after JFK's assassination.  The commission held its first meeting on the 2nd floor of the National Archives Building in Washington, D.C. on December 5, 1963.

The commission, chaired by Chief Justice Earl Warren of California, included Richard Russell, Jr. (D-GA), John Sherman Cooper (R-Kentucky), Hale Boggs (D-Louisiana), Gerald R. Ford (R-Michigan), Allen Dulles (former CIA director), & John J. McCloy (former president of the World Bank).

The commission concluded that, from the "available evidence," Lee Harvey Oswald** was the lone assassin and there was no conspiracy "foreign or domestic."  The Warren Report's summary report was followed about two months later with publication of 26 volumes of hearings and and exhibits.

The Mary Ferrell Foundation website says...

"While a majority of Americans have long disbelieved the Warren Report, the Commission's support in some quarters remains high."

*The introduction of the Warren Report describes the assassination of President Kennedy as "a cruel and shocking act of violence directed against a man, a family, a nation and against all mankind."

**Lee Harvey Oswald was shot and killed by nightclub owner Jack Ruby on November 24, 1963 in the basement of Dallas City Jail as the suspect was being transferred to the County Jail.

NINE THINGS YOU MAY NOT KNOW ABOUT THE WARREN COMMISSION

WARREN COMMISSION SET UP 53 YEARS AGO

Washington, D.C. (JFK+50) The President's Commission on the Assassination of President John F. Kennedy was established fifty-three years ago today, November 29, 1963, one week after the death of the 35th President of the United States.

The final report included 888 pages.  It was presented to President Lyndon B. Johnson on September 24, 1964 and made public three days later.  The Warren Report included 26 volumes of supplementary documents.

94 witnesses testified before the Commission and  all were given the opportunity to be interviewed in open session but only one chose to do so.
395 witnesses were questioned under oath by legal staff of the Commission while 61 gave affidavits and 2 gave statements.

The Warren Commission concluded that the shots which killed President Kennedy and wounded Governor Connally were fired by Lee Harvey Oswald and added...

"On the basis of the evidence before the Commission, it is concluded  that Oswald acted alone."

According to Evan Andrews of www.history.com, there are 9 things that we may NOT know about the Warren Commission.  They include....

1. Some members of the WC were reluctant to serve on it.
2. Gerald Ford secretly fed information to the FBI.
3. Earl Warren suppressed key evidence such as the autopsy photos.
4. The Commission secretly interviewed Fidel Castro.
5. The FBI & CIA misled the Commission.
6. The Commission offered no explanation of Oswald's motives.
7. Both LBJ & the Kennedy family privately disagreed with the Report.
8. Public trust plummeted after the Report was issued.
9. A 2nd government investigation later refuted the lone-gunman theory.

"MY GOD, SHOT IN THE BACK!"

QUESTION TO PONDER #2

How could JFK's back & throat wound link up if he was shot  5 1/2 inches below the collar in the back, if that shot was fired downward from the 6th floor corner window of the TSBD?

The Warren Report (1964) said that JFK was 1st struck by a bullet that "entered at the back of his neck and exited through the lower front portion of his neck, causing a wound which would not necessarily have been lethal."

The Report published the following diagram to illustrate their "findings".

               Warren Commission Exhibit

Was the entrance wound in the back of the neck?

NO!

Thus, both the Commission's description & sketch (above) are false.

The diagram shows the wound "at the back of the neck" not where it really was (in the upper back).

WHY?

Let's discuss briefly how we know the bullet entrance wound was in the upper back 5 1/2" below the collar.

First, JFK's coat & shirt have holes at this position.*

*The fibers of both show the bullet entered the outside of the fabric thus proving this shot was fired from the rear.

Secret Service Agent Clint Hill, who ran to JFK's car on Elm Street, testified before the Warren Commission:

Following is a question that he was asked about this wound & his response:

BOGGS. "Did you see any other wound other than the head wound?"

Mr. HILL. "Yes, sir; I saw an opening in the back, about 6 inches below the neckline to the right-hand side of the spinal column."

The autopsy conducted by surgeons at the Bethesda Naval Hospital showed that JFK was shot in the back at the level of the "third thoracic vertebrae".

The autopsy report diagram (below), also published in the Warren Report, shows the location of this wound as being in the upper back, not the neck.

                  Warren Commission Exhibit

It is obvious the Commission ignored the evidence provided by FBI exhibits, Clint Hill's testimony & the official autopsy report & instead created their own evidence.

WHY?

Gerald Ford, a member of the Warren Commission & later US President, admitted before his death he changed the location of this wound in the report.

The Commission staff reported the results of the FBI investigation which showed "a bullet...entered (JFK's) back at a point slightly above the shoulder."

Gerald Ford suggested the wording be changed to "a bullet...entered the back of (JFK's) neck at a point slightly to the right of the spine."

WHY?

JFK was admitted to Parkland Hospital with a wound in the throat.  All the doctors who saw this wound believed it to be a wound of ENTRY.

If this was indeed a wound of entry, a single shooter firing from the Depository could NOT have fired it.

The Warren Commission wanted to convince us that there was only one assassin, so they turned this "entry" wound into an "exit".

So the Commission created what is called "The Single Bullet Theory".

They concluded that a SINGLE bullet entered the back of JFK's neck exited the throat just above the Adam's Apple &  proceeded to cause ALL the wounds suffered by Governor Connally.

JFK ASSASSINATION OPINION

The evidence is clear, JFK's back wound & throat wound DO NOT link up.

That is, a bullet fired from the 6th floor of the TSBD fired downward & entering JFK's back 5 to 6 inches below the collar could NOT then go UPWARD to exit from the front of the throat.

(Note:  Autopsy surgeons attempted to "probe" the back wound but could not find a pathway more than 1 inch into JFK's back.)
